Recommendation

DRB ACTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

1.                     Adopt Design Review and CEQA Findings provided as Attachment A;

2.                     Adopt CEQA Categorical Exemption § Sections 15301(a) for minor exterior alterations at an existing commercial shopping center Attachment B; and

3.                     Conduct Conceptual/Preliminary/Final review and approve (or approve with conditions).
