A.                     Adopt Resolution No. 20-___, entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California Amending the City’s Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets for the Two-Year Budget that began July 1, 2019 and ends June 30, 2021.”
