Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to General Services Agreement Number 2026-042 with SCA of CA, LLC, for Municipal Street Sweeping Services increasing the contract authority by $75,903 for a total amount not-to-exceed amount of $120,902, and extending the termination date through October 31, 2026; and
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 5 to Professional Design Services Agreement Number 2019-023 with Dewberry Engineers, Inc. for Design Services, for the San Jose Creek Multipurpose Path Project (CIP No.9006), increasing the contract authority by $1,233,465 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $7,463,370; and
C. Authorize a budget appropriation in the amount of $383,200 in the Highway Safety Improvements Grant Fund (Fund 417) for the Traffic Signals Upgrade Project (CIP No. 9083), as identified in Table 3 of the Fiscal Impacts section of the staff report.
