Approve and authorize the City Manager to enter into a Project Cooperative Agreement with Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG) for four of the five projects under Cycle 3 Funding of the Measure A Bicycle and Pedestrian and Safe Routes to School Programs.
