Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 2024-091 with DKS Associates, Inc. for Professional Services Agreement for the 2026 Development Impact Fee (DIF) Update, increasing the agreement amount by $30,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $451,255; and
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 2024-087 with MNS Engineers, Inc. for Professional Design Services Agreement for the 2026 Development Impact Fee (DIF) Update, increasing the agreement amount by $20,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $221,282, and extending the termination date to December 31, 2026; and
C. Authorize a budget appropriation in the amount of $50,000 as identified in Table 3 of the Fiscal Impacts section of the staff report.
