Recommendation

A.                     Adopt Resolution No. 19-_ entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Setting a Public Hearing to Establish an Assessment Charge for the City of Goleta Street Lighting Benefit Assessment for Fiscal Year 2019/20;” and

 

B.                     Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the County Auditor Controller for the collection of special assessments.
