A.                     Adopt Resolution No. 16- entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council                      of the  City of Goleta, California Establishing an Ad Hoc 2017                      Legislative Issues Committee;” and

B.                     Appoint two members of the City Council to serve on the Ad Hoc                      2017 Legislative Issues Committee.
