Recommendation
A. Provide feedback on draft revisions to General Plan Figure 2-4 Potential City of Goleta Service Areas;
B. Authorize staff to submit a Sphere of Influence application, based on the draft revisions to General Plan Figure 2-4, to the Santa Barbara Local Agency Formation Commission; and
C. Direct staff to return with a request to initiate related General Plan Amendments.
