Approve a donation from the Greater Goleta Santa Barbara Lions Club of 21 LED holiday lights and 25 street banners to attach to existing streetlight poles in Old Town Goleta, with an estimated value of $30,000 and authorize the City Manager or designee to enter into a standard donation agreement to accept the holiday lights.
