Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Project Cooperative Agreement with Santa Barbara County Association of Governments for Project Connect as a named project; and
B. Authorize a budget appropriation in the amount of $8,414,317 as per Table 1 in the Fiscal Impacts section of the report.
