2.                     Adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. 26-___, entitled “A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Goleta, California, approving an Amendment to the Storke Medical Development Plan 21-0005-DP to                      allow a single medical office building with a total area of 39,660 square feet and                      daycare use and associated site improvements with an approximately 4’ height adjustment; and finding that the Development Plan                      Amendment is exempt pursuant to the  California Environmental Quality Act at 6975 Santa Felicia Drive; APN 073-440-026; Case Nos. 26-0001-DPAM, 26-0007-DRB”; (Attachment 1)
