Recommendation

Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with 19six Architects for the provision of architectural and engineering (AE) services in support of the Goleta Community Center Dining Room Skylight Replacement Project for the not-to-exceed amount of $60,925, for a term ending December 31, 2026.
