Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 7 to Professional Design Services Agreement No. 2021-041 with Flowers & Associates, Inc. for the Americans with Disabilities Act Improvements Project at the Goleta Community Center, updating the scope of work and increasing the contract authority by $101,700, for a new total contract amount of $490,104 and extending the term of the Agreement to June 30, 2028.
