Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Design Services Agreement with Radames Architects PC for design services for the renovation of the Stow House southeast porch and windows, in an amount not-to-exceed $62,670 ($54,495 base contract, and $8,175 contingency), and for a term ending December 31, 2028; and
B. Authorize a budget appropriation transfer in the amount of $62,670 from the Public Facilities and Building Maintenance Reserve to CIP No. 9135 - Stow House Preservation as described in the Fiscal Impact Section.
