Recommendation
After conducting the public hearing:
A. Adopt Resolution No. 26-___, entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Initiating the Processing of an Applicant-Requested General Plan Amendment to change the Land Use Designation as shown on Figure 2-1 of the General Plan/Coastal Land Use Plan from Open Space-Active Recreation to Visitor-Serving Commercial at 7979 Hollister Avenue known as APN 079-210-042; Case No. 25-0001-GPA and finding that the resolution is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act”; OR
B. Adopt Resolution No. 26-___, entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Initiating the Processing of a text amendment to Table 2-4 of the General Plan/Coastal Land Use Plan to add Recreational Vehicle Park use to the Open Space - Active Recreation land use category citywide; Case No. 25-0001-GPA and finding that the resolution is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act”
