Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No.1 Professional Services Agreement No. 2023-099 with Willdan Engineering for Professional Stormwater Services, increasing the contract authority by $250,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $375,000; and extending the termination date through June 30, 2026;
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Santa Barbara Channelkeeper for Water Quality Monitoring, for a total not to exceed amount of $122,500 and termination date of June 30, 2027;
C. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment 3 to Professional Services Agreement number 2019-023 with Dewberry, increasing the total not-to-exceed amount by $1,096,502 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $5,332,410, expanding the scope of work, and extending the termination of the Agreement to June 20, 2026.
