Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2025-072 between the City of Goleta and the City of Solvang for the Provision of Library Management Services for a total not-to-exceed amount of $319,165; and
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2025-065 between the City of Goleta and the City of Buellton for the Provision of Library Management Services for a total not-to-exceed amount of $323,189; and
C. Approve Resolution No. 26-__ entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Amending the City of Goleta Schedule of Authorized Positions and Salary Schedule and Classification Plan for Fiscal Year 2026/27”; and
D. Approve Budget Appropriations for Solvang for a total Revenue amount of $13,064.35, and an Expense amount of $7,700, and Budget Appropriations for Buellton for a total Revenue amount of $25,788.41, and an Expense amount of $23,500 as described in the Fiscal Impacts section.
