Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 2025-043 with KMP Strategies, LLC for outreach and marketing services for Public Works projects, increasing the agreement amount by $80,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $125,000, and extending the termination date to June 30, 2027.
