Recommendation

A.                     Adopt Resolution No. 26-_ entitled “A Resolution of the City of Goleta, California, Declaring its Intention to Levy and Collect Assessments within the Goleta Street Lighting Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2026/27, and Appointing a Time and Place for a Public Hearing in Relation Thereto.”

 

B.                     Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Contract for the Collection of Special Taxes, Assessments and Other Charges with the County of Santa Barbara, subject to final approval as to form by the City Attorney.
