Recommendation
A. Adopt Resolution No. 26 - __ entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Authorizing the Dedication of an Easement to the Goleta Water District for Water Mains and Appurtenances Serving the Goleta Train Depot Site and Finding that the Dedication is Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (APN 073-050-033)”; and
B. Authorize a budget appropriation of $350,000 as described in the Fiscal Impacts Section.
