Recommendation

It is recommended that the Planning Commission:

 

1.                     Adopt Resolution 26-  , entitled “A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Goleta, California, reporting that the dedication by the city of an easement to the Goleta Water District through the Goleta Train Depot site (APN 073-050-033) is in conformance with the Goleta General Plan/Coastal Land Use Plan pursuant to Section 65402 of the Government Code and finding no further environmental review is required pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21166 and CEQA Guidelines Section 15162” (Attachment 1)
