Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 for Professional Design Services Agreement Number 2026-026 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for assistance in preparing Public Works grant applications, increasing the contract authority by $75,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $120,000; and extending the termination date to June 30, 2028; and
B. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 for Professional Services Agreement No. 2025-012 with UNICO Engineering, Inc. for Construction Management, Inspection, and Testing for the San Jose Creek Multipurpose Path Project, increasing the contract authority by $209,670 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $3,063,324; and
C. Authorize a budget appropriation of revenues and expenditures in the amount of $45,000 in the Office of Traffic Safety Grant Fund (409) for the Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program, as identified in Table 3 of the Fiscal Impacts section of the staff report.
