Recommendation
A. Receive and file the final Engineer’s Report for Street Lighting Benefit Assessment District, Fiscal Year 2026/27; and
B. Adopt Resolution No. 26-__, entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Establishing an Assessment Charge for the City of Goleta Street Lighting Benefit Assessment for Fiscal Year 2026/27”; and
C. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the County of Santa Barbara, Office of the Auditor-Controller, to Place Direct Charges on the 2026/27 Secured Tax Bills.
