Recommendation

A.                     Conduct second reading (by title only) and adopt Ordinance No. 25- entitled, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Amending Chapter 1.02 of Title 1, Chapter 2.02 of Title 2, Chapter 10.04 of Title 10, and Chapter 12.01 of Title 12 of the Goleta Municipal Code Regarding Administrative Citations and Encampments and Vehicular Camping on City Property and Finding the Ordinance Categorically Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act;” and

 

B.                     Direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption.
