Recommendation

Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. 2025-097 with Beyond Heating and Air, Inc. for the provision of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services at various City-owned properties, increasing the contract authority by $11,790 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $126,750 and adding the Goleta Train Station, located at 27 South La Patera Lane.
