Adopt Resolution No. 25-___, entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Initiating the Processing of an Applicant-Requested General Plan Amendment to Change the Land Use Designation of 33 South La Patera Lane (APN 073-050-034) from Business Park (I-BP) to Office Institutional (I-OI) and finding that the Initiation of a General Plan Amendment is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (Case No. 25-0006-GPA).”
