Approval of Final Map 32,057 for City Ventures Homebuilding, APN 071-130-023, Located on South Kellogg Avenue

 

 

Recommendation

A.                                          Adopt Resolution No. 16-___ entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, CA, Authorizing the Execution and Recordation of Tract Map 32,057 for City Ventures Homebuilding, LLC, for a 175 Unit Condominium, Located on South Kellogg Avenue, Case No.07-217-RZ, OA, DP, CUP”; and

 

B.                                          Authorize the Public Works Director to approve final improvement plans and specifications entitled “Kellogg Avenue, Kellogg Way and Ekwill Street Public Improvements Plans” in conformance with the approved project, conditions of approval and preliminary plans and specifications on file with the City Clerk’s Office; and

 

C.                                          Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached Subdivision Improvement Agreement, for the construction of public street improvements within the public right of ways on Kellogg Avenue, Kellogg Way and Ekwill Street; and

 

D.                                          Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached Landscape Installation and Maintenance Agreement between the City of Goleta and City Ventures Homebuilding, LLC, for the maintenance of the associated landscaping within Assessor Parcel Number 071-130-023 and adjacent right of way on Kellogg Avenue, Kellogg Way and Ekwill Street; and

 

E.                                          Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached Agreement for an Affordable Housing Restrictive Covenant and Preemptive Right between the City of Goleta and City Ventures Homebuilding, LLC.
