Recommendation
A. Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached Draft Purchase and Sale Agreement for a parcel located on the western side of Orange Avenue north of Hollister Avenue, identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 071-051-011 , (owned by the Price Living Trust).
B. With the consent of the City Attorney’s Office, authorize the City Manager to make non-substantive corrective changes to the Draft Purchase and Sale Agreement so that, in the event of requested changes, there is not a need to return to the City Council for additional approval.
C. Authorize a budget transfer of $385,000 from the Public Administration DIF fund account (222-5-9079-704) to account 222-5-9096-704 for Fiscal Year 17/18 for acquisition of APN 071-051-011.
