Recommendation
A. Conduct a public hearing to receive input on the needs, goals and objectives identified in the 2018-19 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Action Plan, which has been updated to reflect the 2018-19 funding allocation received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
B. Approve the final 2018-19 CDBG Action Plan and authorize submittal to HUD, subject to staff making any edits requested by the City Council.
