A. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for professional services with SCI Consulting Group for the completion of the Cannabis Land Use Ordinance review; analysis and preparation of taxation methodology, tax ballot measure and ordinance; and a related business license ordinance/regulatory fee for a total not-to-exceed amount of $73,000 and a termination date of June 30, 2019.
B. Authorize a budget appropriation of $73,000 from General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance to account 101-5-1200-500.
