Recommendation
A. Adopt Resolution No. 18-__, entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Approving the Cannabis Land Use Ordinance CEQA Addendum to the Goleta General Plan/Coastal Land Use Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH#2005031151)” (Attachment 1); and either
B. Introduce and conduct the first reading (by title only) and waive further reading, of Ordinance No. 18-__, entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Repealing Definitions and Regulations from the Inland and Coastal Zoning Ordinances and Establishing Regulations for Various Cannabis Uses within the City” Consistent with Direction Received from the Joint Planning Commission / City Council Workshop on April 26, 2018 (Attachment 2); or
C. Introduce and conduct the first reading (by title only) and waive further reading, of Ordinance No. 18-__, entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Repealing Definitions and Regulations from the Inland and Coastal Zoning Ordinances and Establishing Regulations for Various Cannabis Uses within the City” Consistent with the Planning Commission Recommendation on June 11, 2018 (Attachment 3).
