Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Historic Resources Group, LLC (Attachment 1) to continue to develop the Historic Preservation Program/Ordinance, extending the term to June 30, 2019, revising the scope of the contract, and increasing the amount of the agreement by $44,440 for a not to exceed amount of $179,440.
