Recommendation
A. Approve and authorize the City Manager to enter into Amendment No. 2 to Measure A Project Cooperative Agreement 2016-135 with Santa Barbara County Association of Governments for Cycle 3 Funding of the Measure A Bicycle and Pedestrian and Safe Routes to School Programs (Attachment 1) to extend the Timely Use of Funds deadlines; and
B. Approve the modified Amendment No. 1 to the Measure A Project Cooperative Agreement 2016-135 with Santa Barbara County Association of Governments for Cycle 3 Funding of the Measure A Bicycle and Pedestrian and Safe Routes to School Programs as specified in Attachment 2.
