Recommendation

A.                     Adopt Resolution No. 18-_ entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Declaring its Intention to Levy and Collect Assessments within the Goleta Street Lighting Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2018-19, and Appointing a Time and Place for a Public Hearing in Relation Thereto;” and

 

B.                     Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the County Auditor Controller for the collection of special assessments.
