Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment 6 to the Professional Design Services Agreement No. 2012-090 with Drake Haglan and Associates (DHA) to include additional design, right of way and permitting services for the Ekwill Street and Fowler Road Extensions Project for an additional $326,093 for a new contract total not to exceed amount of $4,045,745 and to extend the termination date of the Agreement to December 31, 2023.
