Recommendation
A. Adopt Resolution 18- ___ entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Adopting a CEQA Addendum to the Goleta General Plan Final Environmental Impact Report Certified on October 2, 2006 (SCH# 2005031151) and Revised Errata and Amending the General Plan/Coastal Land Use Plan Figure 2-1, to Change the Land Use Designation from Visitor serving Commercial (C-V) to Public/Quasi-Public (P-S) Associated with the Fire Station 10 Project, Case No 17-044-GPA, APN 079-210-075.” (Attachment 1)
B. Adopt Resolution No 18-___ entitled “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California Certifying the Fire Station 10 Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH#2017081066) and Approving the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, Adopting a Statement of Overriding Considerations and Approving a Final Development Plan with Setback Modifications for the Fire Station 10 Project Located at 7952 Hollister Avenue; Case No. 17-044-DP; 17-069-DRB.” (Attachment 2)
C. Introduce and conduct the first reading, (by title only), and waive further reading of Ordinance No 18-___ entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California Amending the Zoning Map to Redesignate Property from Limited Commercial (C-1) to Professional and Institutional (PI) for the Fire Station 10 Project, Case No. 17-044-RZ, APN 079-210-075.” (Attachment 3)
