Recommendation
A. Receive a report on the Public Engagement Commission’s recommendation to modify City Council meeting times; and
B. Provide direction to staff on whether to implement one of the modified meeting time options; and
C. Provide direction to staff on whether to implement changes to the type and/or format of presentations made during City Council meetings, and to the timing of the consent calendar.
