Recommendation
A. Adopt Resolution No. 19-__ entitled, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California, Establishing Parking Restrictions on Specified Streets and Street Segments in Old Town Goleta.
B. If Council chooses Option 2, appropriate $4,500 from General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance to account 101-5-5800-111, or
C. If Council chooses Option 3, appropriate $30,000 from General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance to account 101-5-5800-111, or
D. If Council chooses Option 4, appropriate $30,000 from General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance to account 101-5-5800-111.
E. Introduce and conduct first reading (by title only), and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 19-__ entitled “An Ordinance of the City Of Goleta, California Amending Chapter 10.01 (Motor Vehicles And Traffic) of Title 10 (Vehicles And Traffic) of the Goleta Municipal Code to Require Vehicles Parked In Restricted Parking Areas to Not Re-Park Within A Distance Of 300 Feet.”
