Recommendation
A. Introduce and conduct first reading (by title only), and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 19-__ entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Goleta, California Amending Chapter 2.13 (Establishment of Municipal Library and Library Board of Trustees) of the Goleta Municipal Code to Designate the Goleta City Council as the Library Board of Trustees Pursuant to Education Code Sections 18910 et seq."
B. Introduce and conduct first reading (by title only), and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 19-__entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Goleta, California, Amending Title 2 of the Goleta Municipal Code to Add Chapter 2.14 to Establish a Library Advisory Commission.”
C. Adopt Resolution No. 19-__ entitled, "A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Goleta, California Rescinding Resolution No. 18-29 and Adopting By-Laws for the Library Advisory Commission."
D. Approve the Mayor’s and County Board of Supervisors' selections for members of the Goleta Library Advisory Commission.
