Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to enter into Professional Services Agreement No. 2019-__ with Rincon Consultants, Inc. to prepare a Station Area Master Plan for the Goleta Train Depot in an amount not to exceed $149,916 with the term of agreement expiring in December 31, 2019 (Attachment 1).
