Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 2013-028 with Drake Haglan and Associates (DHA) for environmental, design, right of way and permitting services for the Hollister Avenue Bridge Replacement Project, increasing the contract amount by $142,520 for a total not to exceed amount of $2,015.856 and extending the termination date of the Agreement to June 30, 2021.
