Recommendation
A. Conduct second reading (by title only, waiving further reading) and adopt Ordinance No. 19-__ entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Goleta, California Amending Chapter 2.13 (Establishment of Municipal Library and Library Board of Trustees) of Title 2 of the Goleta Municipal Code to Designate the Goleta City Council as Library Board of Trustees Pursuant to Education Code Sections 18910 et seq."
B. Conduct second reading (by title only, waiving further reading) and adopt Ordinance No. 19-__ entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Goleta, California Amending Title 2 of the Goleta Municipal Code to Add Chapter 2.14 to Establish a Library Advisory Commission."
