Conduct second reading (by title only) and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 19-__ entitled “An Ordinance of the City of Goleta Amending Chapter 12.06 (Bicycles, Skateboards, Etc.) of Title 12 (Streets, Sidewalks and Public Places) of the Goleta Municipal Code to Regulate Skateboard Use and Public Skateboard Parks” (Attachment 1).
