Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement 2017-041 for Professional Services with Helyne Meshar & Associates retroactive to January 1, 2019, with a term expiring June 30, 2021, and increase the contract amount by $60,000 for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $88,800.
