Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Professional Design Services Agreement No. 2017-055 with Drake, Haglan & Associates, Inc., a California Corporation, to modify the scope of work to include additional services, increase the contract amount by $240,800 for a new total not to exceed amount of $1,481,940, and extend the term to June 30, 2022.
