Recommendation
A. Conduct a public hearing to receive input on the needs, goals, and objectives identified in the 2019-2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Action Plan and Citizen Participation Plan, which has been updated to reflect the 2019-2020 funding allocation received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and
B. Approve the final 2019-2020 CDBG Action Plan and Community Participation Plan and authorize submittal to HUD, subject to staff making any edits requested by City Council.
