Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. 2018-125 with Hinderliter, De Llamas and Associates for professional consulting, monitoring and compliance services related to cannabis businesses, increasing the maximum contract amount by $124,000 for a total not to exceed $154,000, subject to the approval of the Fiscal Year 2019-20 and Fiscal Year 2020-21 budget and to extend the term of the agreement to June 30, 2021.
