Recommendation
Authorize the City Manager to enter into Commercial Lease Agreement No. 2019-__ with the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County at 27 South La Patera Lane in an amount not to exceed $1.00 in rent, plus associated marginal utility costs with the term of agreement expiring on June 18, 2020 (Attachment 1).
