Recommendation
It is recommended that the Planning Commission:
1. Adopt Resolution 19-___, entitled “A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Goleta, California, Reporting that the Acquisition of 2.04 acres of the eastern portion of Assessor Parcel Number 073-330-014 is in Conformance with the Goleta General Plan/Coastal Land Use Plan Pursuant to Section 65402 of the Government Code” (Attachment 1).
2. Direct staff to file a Notice of Exemption that this action is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), provided as Attachment 2.
