Recommendation
Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 2015-106 with the City of Santa Barbara for Videotaping Services for two additional years with a termination date to June 30, 2021, and increasing the contract amount by $82,000 for a new total not-to-exceed amount of $169,000, subject to the approval of the Fiscal Year 2019-20 and Fiscal Year 2020-21 Budget.
